Explore your ’hood
Seek out walkable, stroller-friendly spots where you can enjoy some fresh air and start making some headway on those lingering pregnancy pounds. Getting out of the house will be key to your sanity, and baby will delight at the new sights and sounds, too.
Friends and family are going to offer their help—accept it! Let your BFF fold laundry, and trust grandma to babysit while you sneak in a nap. The point of your time off is to recover and recharge, so instead of running yourself ragged, focus on you and baby.
