cradleandthreadChildren’s clothing company Cradle&Thread is out to prove that for-profit companies can make a huge, positive difference in the world. Not only are the materials for the clothes grown in the U.S., the factories that make the clothes are based here also, meaning more jobs for Americans and a much lower carbon footprint for the planet.
Cradle&Thread thoughtfully designs soft, thick, durable clothes for your baby that will hold up to all the washings, all the wear and, more importantly, all the hugs and moments that matter.
All of Cradle&Thread’s clothing has Giving Sewn In™. Working with World Vision, they donate a set of clothing (yes, an entire set!) to a child in need for every $100 in purchased goods—they call them ThreadBoxes. If you buy $100 worth of goods, you directly clothe a deserving child with an entire outfit. But don’t worry—if your purchase total is less than $100, you still make a difference. Your purchase will be combined with those of other customers and the donation of a ThreadBox becomes a team effort. Think of it as crowdsourcing for giving—the sum of the parts add up to make a greater gift. Now that’s clothing with a conscience.
This week, you can win a chance to outfit your baby with a snuggly outfit from Cradle&Thread. Two lucky winners will receive “The Perfect Gift” bundle. These three pieces—a bodysuit, a pair of pants and a cardigan—make a complete (and perfectly cute) outfit. Winners will have a choice of colors and sizes.
Enter below to put your name in the hat! Contest will run through Sunday, March 3. You can enter once a day to increase your chances!
UPDATE: Contest is now closed! Congratulations to the winners: Kendra P. of Centennial, CO and Emily M. of Plover, WI!
