Mutsy 4Rider (with Duoseat)

When my husband was finished putting together our new Mutsy 4Rider, he said, “Honey, your ‘Rolls Royce’ stroller is ready for a test drive.”

Just for fun, I wheeled it around our house, which is part carpet and part hardwood floors, and it drives like a dream. It took my husband about 20 minutes to assemble the stroller. The only tricky part was figuring out how to fold it. The manual was not very clear, but after a few minutes, we managed to figure it out—it is actually very easy to do! It folds nicely and could easily fit in a small trunk, closet or even under a bed. It can also fold with the seat or bassinet attached, so you don’t have to reassemble it each time you go to use it.

One of the coolest things about this stroller is that it can accommodate a newborn, a toddler, or even two babies. This is a huge plus for me, as I’m a mom to twins. I have a side-by-side stroller, but sometimes it’s bulky or just too big to take certain places, especially if I’m by myself. The Mutsy is compatible with my Peg-Perego car seat, so I can strap one baby to me in the baby carrier and leave the other baby in the car seat. Navigating a single stroller is so much easier than a double stroller.

When I was researching strollers, I was looking for a seat that fully reclined and that was reversible. The Mutsy 4Rider seat has both these options. It is nylon and nicely padded so it can be wiped off easily and seems really comfortable. The seat also has a front bar that is removable and a large canopy with a window so you can sneak a peek at your little one.
The Mutsy is definitely a high quality stroller, right up there with the Bugaboo, Quinny and the like. Bottom line: It is worth the price tag. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
The pros, in short: lightweight, sturdy, compact, multifunctional (baby to toddler capabilities), stylish, smooth ride, 45-pound weight capacity, safety brakes, high quality materials, compatible with Peg-Perego and Graco car seats
The cons, in short: No accessories included.
