Kalencom Eleanor Collection

There’s a can-do feeling about this diaper bag that genuinely represents the company behind it.
Kalencom is a true Hurricane Katrina survivor; after suffering serious hardships because of the storm, the company has pulled through stronger than ever and continues to provide cheerful top-quality bags for the moms who love them. The brand is especially known for its easy-clean laminates, but guest designers such as Cynthia Rowley and Eleanor Grosch have lately contributed exciting additions. The Toucan Flap Style design is part of the Eleanor line, which features animal designs in sleek, simple shapes and vibrant colors and patterns, reminiscent of the designer’s prints. From the inside out …
This messenger is nothing if not roomy, and a hard base helps it retain its shape, cutting out the flop factor that affects some diaper bags when they’re not completely filled. A bright turquoise nylon lining brightens the space, and it’s easy to wipe down for a quick clean. There are three pockets here that will work for smallish baby items (toys, binkies, snacks, lotions)and mom’s doodads, but note that they’re not sized for diapers or wipes. Even with all the cute accessories (see below)in place, there’s still plenty of room for all your baby goods.
The outside is a water-resistant nylon that also wipes down easily. The messenger flap features magnetic closure which is quick and quiet (moms gotta love that!). Contrast stitching in turquoise and green frames the edges of the bag and the bold toucan design. The magnetic side pockets are great for newborn-size diapers or other baby goods. Adjust the messenger strap to wear it shorter over one shoulder or longer across the body. Metal feet finish off the thoughtful design, keeping the fabric off the floor.
