SWEEPSTAKES ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C.") AT THE TIME OF ENTRY WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. You (the "Entrant") are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes for a chance to win a Monthly Prize (as defined later in these rules), provided that you, the Entrant, are a legal resident of the 50 United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Halcyon Media LLC (the "Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, stores, suppliers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, judging organization and the immediate families (defined as spouse, parent, child, legal guardian, sibling or grandparent; whether biological, step, in-law or adoptive) or household members of such employees are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes, be nominated in this Sweepstakes, or win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations.
Eligible entrants may enter by going to www.pnmag.com (the "Website") and following the on-screen instructions. The winners of prizes in the Sweepstakes will be the entrants whose entries are selected in the applicable Drawing ("Winners"). For each submission of any entry form, entrant will receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes for which the entry period is still open at the time of entry. Except as set forth herein, multiple entries from the same entrant or the same email address received will be included in the drawing. Sponsor not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or garbled entries. Sponsor not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, or network malfunction or error; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Sweepstakes website. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. The use of automated or third-party software or web site to register and/or enter is prohibited. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant via the Website, such entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotion and judging agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors or assigns (collectively "Releasees") are not responsible for and are hereby released from liability with respect to: (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) lost, late, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or postage due mail/entries. All incomplete, illegible or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Any entries not in conformance with these official rules will be disqualified.
Entries will be selected to determine the Prize Winners in each of the random drawings ("Drawings") from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email or telephone from Halcyon Media LLC or participating sponsors. Odds of winning a Drawing depend on the number of total entries received for that drawing.
Drawings will be conducted by Halcyon Media LLC. Prize Winners will be notified by email, phone or mail, and may be required to submit an affidavit or eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted), and any other documentation requested by Sponsor in order to verify eligibility, within time frame specified by Sponsor in notification package. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent (or that of his/her parent or legal guardian if winner is 18 years of age but considered a minor in his/her state of residence), to use winner's name, likeness, quote(s) and/or biographical data for advertising, trade and/or promotional purposes in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. By submitting an entry, each entrant also consents to use of his/her name, likeness, quote(s) and/or biographical data for advertising, trade and/or promotional purposes in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation and without compensation. If a prize is won by an eligible minor, it will be awarded on the minor's behalf to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documentation within the time frame specified. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner documentation is not received within time frame specified, or if potential winner is determined to be ineligible, prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. Prizes are non-transferable; no prize substitutions or cash redemptions, including any for unused portions of prizes, will be allowed except as provided herein or by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes on prizes are winner's sole responsibility. By entering and/or accepting a prize, entrants and winners agree to release all of the Releasees from any and all claims, losses, actions, damages or other liability, whether actual, incidental or consequential, arising out of or relating to his/her participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize awarded herein, including any travel related thereto. If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the original end date, an independent judging organization will select a winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such termination. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
