Here are a few fun mocktails that are both satisfying and safe for expectant moms and their babes.

In the midst of holiday merrymaking, many a mother-to-be sulks at the thought of being the only person at the party without a festive refreshment in hand. There’s no need for party-pooping, however: These quick and easy virgin versions of your favorite drinks will give you something tasty to sip on at all your jolly affairs.

    2 liters cold ginger ale
    46 ounces chilled pineapple juice
64 ounces chilled white grape juice
    raspberries and strawberries

Directions: In a punch bowl, combine ginger ale and pineapple and white grape juices. Fill your champagne flute, throw in a berry or two, and join in a toast to the season.

    Cosmopregnancy
