morning-sicknessSick of feeling sick? Here are four tried-and-true fixes expectant moms have relied on time and again to put their all-day sickness to rest.
Ginger
This spicy herb has long been relied on to alleviate nausea. Add fresh ginger to a smoothie, or try it in the form of ale, tea, candied chews or even cookies.
Saltines
Keep crackers by your bed, and munch on a couple immediately after waking in the morning, ideally 15 minutes before standing up.
Sea sickness bands
Settle sickness like a sailor with bracelets that apply pressure to a pulse point on your inner wrist.
Fresh air
Warm and stuffy environments don’t help when you’re feeling sick, so take a break from your climate-controlled office, and get outside!
