Bath time is a favorite part of our day—Baby splashes happily in the suds and I get to keep her contained for at least 10 minutes.
This last week, I’ve discovered a new level of serenity at bath time with the Tubby. Skip Hop is one of my favorite baby brands—their products are adorable but they’re also practical; they actually make life easier!
Skip Hop’s Tubby is a wall-mounted bath toy organizer that looks fun and doesn’t take up much room on the shower wall. It’s made of neoprene (the stuff they use for wetsuits) and mesh, so the water runs through easily and the fabric dries quickly. Four suction cups ensure that it won’t fall off the wall (it helps to dampen them before applying), and two hooks are available for loofahs or washcloths in addition to the toy storage in the large pocket below. The tubby can hold a good number of toys; the mesh sides expand to fit. The mesh back, sides and bottom also let air through so toys can dry out and stay mildew-free. And if the Tubby starts to show signs of soap residue, it can be thrown in the washing machine for easy cleaning.
