Skip Hop Fun Farmyard Activity Gym

The Skip Hop Fun Farmyard Activity Gym is such a sweet and cozy spot for our baby to play.

There are plenty of hanging toys and even a variety of squeaky sounds built into the mat to allow for silly surprises and tons of giggles.

This gym is so much fun and helpful for my son who is just beginning to interact with his toys and learn to crawl. Babies can use this gym in four active ways: tummy time, on their backs, crawling time and rolling time. To let your baby take-in all the fun to be had, the gym must first be assembled.

It only took two minutes at the most to fully assemble the gym. For assembly all you have to do is lay the play mat on the floor with the pattern up and the arches on top. Secondly, slide the white clips through the corner slots. After the clips are through the slots insert them into their matching anchors. Once the arches are up, the hanging toys are next. Simply attach the toys by sliding the red plastic loops into the blue fabric loops attached to the anchors.

The five toys included are a cow with a baby safe mirror, a piggy that chimes, a bunny rattle that doubles as a teething ring, a squeaky duck and my baby’s favorite—a lamb that sings “Old MacDonald.”

Once play time is over, cleaning the mat is a breeze. The mat itself can be machined washed in cold water and line dried. All the toys can be machine washed also in cold water on gentle cycle. The lamb is spot-clean only, but all toys need to be air dried.

You can’t go wrong with this gym. It has ample amount of space (34” wide x 34” deep x 21” high) for baby to play on for months. I would definitely recommend this to other mothers and I am excited about the countless hours of entertainment it will provide for my son and my future babies.
