    Serene Sling

Let me start off by saying I love the fabric styles and colors! The Serene Sling is absolutely the most stylish sling and has a color or pattern to suit all tastes. I have the black and white flower pattern, which is colorful and perfect for the busy mom that lives in black yoga pants!

I have to say I was a little nervous to try a sling, but my nerves were calmed rather quickly once I popped the baby in. I love the wide shoulder strap of the Serene Sling and the comfy stretchy material. I felt that the material and fit made the sling feel very secure with my baby in it. I really like the deep pocket, which makes me feel stable and makes my baby feel very comfortable in the cradle position. I love to have my baby close to me because I breastfeed and she is definitely “on” me a lot. Another bonus about the sling is it is machine washable, so if I use it while cooking or at the grocery I can keep it fresh!

I love the versatility of a sling carrier. The sling is able to grow with your baby. One drawback is the baby should not use the sling until it has enough strength to hold its head up. You can’t use this product for a newborn baby due to the risk of suffocation. The sling was great for my 4-month old, though, and I’m excited to keep using it with her as she grows!

You can hold the baby with the Serene Sling in 5 different styles: cradle, sitting, forward, cuddling and toddler style. My little one preferred the cradle style around the house and the forward style out and about to see everything.

I highly recommend the Serene Sling to buy for yourself or your friend as a baby shower gift. As a mother of 5 children, I need to have my hands free as possible.
