Love Handles:The smart product with a silly name. I first came across this stroller innovation at a trade show last fall and was amazed (and amused) at its uniqueness.

Say you only have an hour of spare time- you want to do something fun with baby, but you also need to get your bod back into gear to shed those post-pregnancy pounds. Bam! Here's your solution.
Love Handles can attach to most full-size strollers and take your stroll or jog to the next level, turning a legs-only exercise into a full-body workout, targeting the arms and core as much as the legs. The Love Handles website boasts that the attachment can actually triple the number of calories you burn on a walk with baby.
Love Handles are simple to attach- the package includes the two metal plates, four screws and Allen Wrench you'll need for assembly- and they can be attached higher or lower on the stroller frame to match your height. Once attached, the handles' resistance level can be adjusted (separately for each arm) for your fitness level. Swing the handles while strolling or jogging, and add a little extra muscle toning with stationary tricep push-downs and bicep arm curls. When it's time to put the stroller away- or when you want to take a break from the eliptical experience- the handles fold down and out of the way.
It is worth noting that Love Handles are not recommended for use on umbrella strollers or any stroller weighing less than 17 pounds, nor should they be used while going up or down hills. It's also a good idea to exercise caution while attaching, as the process could scratch your stroller frame.
