I love a bag with versatility, and the Catherine truly and effortlessly morphs from diaper bag to all-purpose tote to laptop carrier; it immediately dresses up any outfit and adds a splash of notice me color that I absolutely adore. Details such as the quilted stitching and custom gold-tone hardware emblazoned with “Liz Lange New York”add to the overall effect.
On the inside, the Catherine is lined with asilkyfabric sporting theLiz Lange motif. There is a lone (but large) pocket in the spacious interior, but it's populated with accessories that supply extra storage and organization. Each piece is useful on its own, but you can also pick and choose those that are most useful to you to create a total bag that fits your needs. The included pochette is perfect for the times when you're darting out to the store and don't want to carry your entire diaper bag, and the carry-all is just right for storing diapering accessories or travel minis; it even includes a cute little lipstick pocket.
While I am a bit cautious with the light-colored fabric interior, the exteriors of the bag and accessories wipe down easily. It's just the right mix of baby-friendly features and mom-alluring good looks. The Catherine is a bag that makes you stand a little straighter when you wear it, a bag that makes you say, “Hey, I can do this mom thing and still be me!”
