Maybe 2009 is my year!

Getting organized is a daily goal of mine, unfortunately I often fall short. Old Navy teams with Charlie Harper

Acclaimed wildlife illustrator, Charley Harper, captures the hearts of anyone who comes across his simple and imaginative creatures. His beautiful drawings can now be found at your local Old Navy. Strange pairing? Not really. Todd Oldham, creative director of Old Navy, has been a long time fan of Harper's work. He even went as far as to compile all of his illustrations in to one big, beautiful coffee table book. Lucky for us, now our babes can also be a part of Harper's legacy.

Breastfeeding Jewelry?

These are great gifts for new moms, nursing moms, or pregnant moms! I think I've covered all the moms. Breastfeeding jewelry is a stylish and wonderful way to keep up with which breast was nursed on last and which breast to start nursing with. Recycled Christmas Cards

After looking at my cheapo beige nursing bras hanging to dry and my husband telling me that they look "medicinal," I became a bit depressed. Just because I'm breast feeding doesn't mean I want to look like a school marm. I decided that I needed to search for some fun yet practical bras! Beige and white beware...I want fun and sexy.

I found these nursing bras from Agent Provocateur and my insides lit up. It's like they new exactly what I wanted.

Postpartum Wardrobe

I had always envisioned myself leaving the hospital with that sweet little bundle of joy looking like my formal self. The reality was a little different. I still looked about 5 months pregnant and that lovely belly hugging jersey wasn't doing many any favors! The best thing you can do for your wardrobe post baby is to stick to cotton. A more structured fabric hides whatever is lurking underneath, just make sure you leave room for your ever growing bosom.

Shift dresses are an easy and flattering fix, just make sure there is a loose neck if you're breast feeding.

Now you'll have quite the spring in your step as you and your sweet baby venture out in style. The more accessories the better! This season is all about the embellishment and no one deserves to be adorned more than a new mom.
