The only thing cuter than a tiny pair of shoes is the sweet feet that are in them.
If you guessed that I’m a sucker for baby shoes then you are exactly right. Charlie probably has more shoes than I do, but I just can’t help myself, they are all just so darn adorable.I must say though that I am a bit of a snob when it comes to the type of shoes he wears.I want shoes that are cute of course but they have to also be comfortable, easy for him to walk in, and appropriate for his foot development. Here are a few of my latest favorites:
Rileyroos are perfect for early walkers. They have a soft flexible bottom, but with a thicker sole and added grips. They come in loads of cute styles.I’m really sad that Charlie is growing past this stage of walking because we won’t be able to buy anymore Rileyroos!
Livie and Luca are made from soft, comfy leather and have a super flexible lightweight sole. They have by far some of the cutest, most unique shoes around. From cute animal shoes to these adorable dolls, I can’t get enough of Livie and Luca. They are great for older babies and toddlers and Charlie and I both adore them!
Every child I know has owned (and loved) a pair of shoes from stride rite.Their SRT Soft Motion shoes are perfect for early walkers and when your little one is off and running (as my sweet love is starting to do) then the regular SRT is quite a hit.We have a pair of stride rite’s SRT Throttle shoes waiting for Charlie to move into and I must say they are the perfect big boy shoes!
Sweet storage
At the end of the day Charlie can only wear one pair of shoes at a time and all the rest of these sweet shoes must go somewhere.Storage is always an issue for me!I always seem to have more than I can store, so I dug up a few storage options for all of this adorable footwear.
The Rakkiddo is one unique piece of storage equipment. It features 15 expandable pockets that can hold up to 20 pairs of children’s shoes.Simply slide your shoes inside when not in use and spin to select your shoes when you are ready to choose your style. It couldn’t be easier!
This adorable 12 pocket organizer is great for storing not only shoes, but hair accessories, belts, or even small toys.It hangs easily over the door so it is totally out of the way and doesn’t take up precious floor space.

If you prefer to store your shoes on a shelf then these clear boxes from The Container Store might be just the fit for you. They are available in both toddler and kid sizes and come with colorful stickers if you choose to decorate them!
Now go out and treat yourself and your little one to a new pair of shoes (or two)!
