Project ideas at Make and Takes
Written by: Kera March 01 2010
Through the power of blogging, I recently came in contact with an old friend of my husband: Marie LeBaron. Marie happens to be the founder and managing editor of Make and Takes, a popular parenting site sharing kids' crafts, home projects, easy recipes, parenting tips and more.
I love featuring mothers at Design to die for who run successful businesses, especially when their businesses promote creativity and family togetherness, so I wanted to share a few of my favorite DIY projects from Marie's site. It's updated daily, so check back often for the latest in food, craft and fun from Marie and her team!
Here are some great design projects to do with your own family.
Isn't this antique birdcage adorable? It was discovered by one of the Make and Takes contributors at a local thrift store and was repurposed into a great piece for a girl's room.
Ready for spring? This hand-stitched daisy card is the perfect way to welcome in warmer weather.
So if you are looking for a great resource of ideas when planning fun for your kids, be sure to check out Make and Takes
