Our sneak peek from the 2012 ABC show

By Published On: December 27th, 2012

This past October, P&N traveled to Louisville, KY to attend the 2012 ABCKids Expo—a trade show where all the latest and greatest in baby and kid gear is showcased. We got an eye (and ear!) full, and wanted to show off just a small snippet of what we saw. Get excited—there are some cool things on the horizon!

Nurseryworks is always a sure bet for mod, sleek-looking baby room furniture. Check out their ultra-rad District Crib, made with repurposed from white oak from an Alabama train depot. The crib transitions to a daybed, and then—even cooler—an adult desk. (Click through to see pics!)

Boon always has a cool booth, and this year their ever-popular Grass countertop drying rack walled off their wares, including the Fresh, their soon-to-be-available baby changing station.

It’s not often that you hear the words “eye candy”and “diaper pail” in the same sentence, but the Dekor booth had both those things.

Our friends at Skip Hop had a lot to show, as usual, including their Grand Central diaper bag (which we recently reviewed) and the Complete Sheet (one of our 2012 Top Products picks!).

The Ubabub Pod isn’t new, but it’s just as gorgeous in person as it is in pictures. We took a good gander.

Recent concerns about crib bumpers has spurred a flurry of innovation from bedding makers, and SootheTime‘s new Fresh Air Crib Liner is a newly introduced solution.

Big news from Moby Wrap—a soft-structured carrier! The Moby GO is available in two colors now and will be available in a third print in 2013.

We love to see the new maternity lines coming up. Here we checked out JoJo Maman Bebe’s Spring 2013 offerings.

How cute is the MOOVER Doll Pram from HABA?

Ergobaby’s booth was looking sharp, with their Every MotherCounts prints and their Winter Edition carrier with removable muff attached.

Guzzie + Guss Goose stroller looked snazzy with its striped liner up on the perch at their corner.
Keep an eye out for these products in the pages of P&N, coming soon!
