Kick counting can put your mind at ease.
Here's what to do: First, grab a handy kitchen timer or stopwatch. Then keep still as you concentrate on baby’s movements and count each one as it comes. When you get to 10 movements, stop the clock and record how long it took to get there. Repeat the exercise at roughly the same time each day to find if baby’s frequency of movement is increasing, decreasing or steady from day to day.
