    Woman getting facial

Introduce green practices into your beauty regimen: Try this organic, do-it-yourself facial mask for an easy and affordable spa day at home.

    Recipe

1/2 organic mango, peeled and pitted(contains vitamin C)
1/4 cup organic acai berries (rich in antioxidants)
2 tbsp organic wheat germ (mild exfoliator)
1/2 organic tomato, peeled and seeded(pore minimizer)
1/4 cup organic yogurt (cleanser and moisturizer)
Puree mango, berries and tomato in a food processor. Transfer to mixing bowl, then fold in wheat germ and yogurt. Apply to clean face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, pat dry, and admire your glow. Note: Do not use if you are allergic to any of these foods or have sensitive skin.
[tip] Share your healthy concoction with a girlfriend or your partner—the recipe makes more than enough for one application and only has a two-day shelf life.
