In a nutshell—freelance writer, editor, redhead and mom of almost four (none of them redheads). Eight years ago, after a stint in advertising and the arrival of her first baby, Jessica switched to a freelance position and dove headfirst into the insane and sleep-deprived world of work-from-home moms. Her regular office hours are from about 8 p.m. on, when you’ll find her answering endless emails, composing new content for various clients and editing stand-up paddleboard magazines, all from the couch. She hates bad spelling and broccoli, so her lucky kids get a pass come dinnertime. Jessica and her family live in northern Nevada with their stinky old pug, and they escape to Lake Tahoe with their paddleboards as often as they can. Stay tuned for her new website, due this July, just like baby number four.
